Terms of Service

(GENERAL TOS)• Terms of Service and Prices are a subject to change at any point in time, you are only a subject of ToS and price based on the agreed time of the transaction.• I have the rights to reject any commission for any reason.At my current skill level, there are a couple of things I can do, and some that I cannot and/or not willing to do.• I am willing to do: Weapons, Armor Set, Large & Small Base, Simple/less complicated props.• I am not willing to do: Any NSFW works, anything for the sole purpose of politics (Fictional politics for something like games, stories, etc are accepted).
____________________________(PAYMENTS)• I will only accept payments made using USD, and through Paypal for international, if you are a local from my own country, please message me on discord for more details, the pricing will remain the same in total amount of the USD even after conversion.
____________________________(PAYMENT PROCESS)• Client provides details and/or references for the commission.• A sketch will be made to confirm the path the commission will go.• Half of payment will go through first (some clients decide to pay upfront early though)• The full sprite will be completed, and a screenshot will be sent to the client as proof of completion.
(Most of the time I update the progress with my clients!)• The .dmi file will be sent after the full payment is made unless full payment was already paid during the sketching stage.
____________________________(REFUNDS)• Refunds will only be given if the artwork have not been completed or still in the stages of sketching if the client is willing to cancel it, after the half payment was made and significant progress are made towards it, no refunds will be given to make up for the amount of work already been put through the artwork unless the artist themselves are cancelling the artwork for any reasons.• Refunds will not be given to any completed artwork.• If you are willing to request a refund, please directly message me on discord.
____________________________(DEADLINE)Your sprite should not take longer than 1 month to complete based on how many workload are present, if the artist is unable to complete it by time after the commission was accepted then the client will be informed and asked whether or not they are willing to wait for longer or if they want to issue a refund.

Head stuff

Prices:$20 - Complex Hairs
$15 - Simple Hairs
$15 - Complex Headwear
$10 - Simple Headwear• Things you put on the head of your character.+$5 up to $20 if you plan to add animations, price vary depending on animation complexity.

Outfit

Price:
$30 up to $60 - Full Set.
$10 up to $40 - Partial Set.• Partial Set: Separated stuff, something that is not compiled in one .dmi• The price varies depending on the game's animation frames and style, Roguetown for example would be around the minimal range in terms of animation but may cost more on the detailing side.

Weapons, Props, Misc

Price Range:
$10-20 - Simple.
$30-100 - Complex.• The price varies depending on the game's animation frames and style, Roguetown for example would be around the minimal range in terms of animation but may cost more on the detailing side.

Large Base Sprites

Prices:Varies between $70 and $200 depending on how complex and difficult it may take to make, animation frame counts are taken into account.• Different games may have different pricing than the standard price due to how some favors detailed animation and some are simplified such as SS13.

Small Base Sprites

Prices:Varies between $30 and $80 depending on how complex and difficult it may take to make, animation frame counts are taken into account.• Different games may have different pricing than the standard price due to how some favors detailed animation and some are simplified such as SS13.
